I have had so many issues with the eBay web site the last two weeks, which despite a few calls to the chocolate teapot usage help desk have not been answered or followed up with. Freezing, autoforward to another page. shipping not working (there was a splash page for that but has since been taken down though still not working) , selling quotes dropping the last two digets so $20 was sent as $2... four at one time is not a user issue. Have other people been having this large amount of issues? I have used different PC's software cleared cache etc.. being an IT person for 40yrs I do have a little knowledge and this reaks of either hackers or an upgrade that went wrong.

I think it was some sort of upgrade that went upside down, probably something to do with cookies as some folks have gotten some relief by using an "incognito" mode on their browser. I still have this odd page show up every time I go to print a label, a page that, on most websites, should have been shown once and then be gone forever.

If you are able to purchase and print postage using a private or incognito browser window, try clearing your cache in the original browser.

Otherwise, you may be able to print using the "Bulk" label feature, described here:
Or you may be able to print labels using a third party service such as PayPal or Pirateship.

It is a saying.. "As much use as a chocolate teapot" or else I've heard "As much use as a chocolate fireguard"

Yes I have been using Pireship, just annoying that so many things are flakey to say the least on the web site.

I haven't had a problem with printing labels, but I'm one of the ones experiencing promoted listing impressions being down by half. It all happened over the last two weeks so I'm assuming it's related.
