we have contacted E-Bay 3 times because when customer places orders they can not pay for it. But E-Bay sent us a bill for items sold when we have not sold any thing. Where do we go for help now  E-bat support is useless

If you’ve had an issue with a buyer and don’t want them to purchase or bid on your items, you can add them to your Blocked buyers list. They'll be unable to place bids or buy from you until you remove them from the list.   Doing this will stop having to deal with this buyer in the future.

When a buyer makes a purchase and does not pay you need to open an Unpaid Item case against the buyer. This will allow you to get your fees back. You need to report a case within 32 days of the listing ending.

 

If it has been over 2 full days since the buyer purchased you can open the Unpaid Item case. The buyer will be contacted by eBay and then have 4 days to pay you. If they do not pay in that time, on the 5th day you can request a fee credit, then close the case. The unpaid item is then recorded on the buyer’s account, the final value fee will be credited back to you, and you can relist the item if you want.

Then put them on your Blocked Buyer List.

Why do you believe eBay support is useless?

You didn't even try to use the options eBay gives sellers when a buyer does not pay.

You can open an unpaid item case after 48 hours and have 32 days to do so.

How about going down to the bottom of this page and clicking on the link that says "Sell"?
