I am desperately trying to talk to a human being about a tricky eBay question.  eBay seems terrified of its customers.  Is there any way to phone them?  I've been given phone numbers, but their telephone trees make real contact impossible.  What do I do?

eBay doesn’t have a phone number for you to call you either request a call back or use live chat through Help & Contact at the bottom of the page.
