My computer says it is touch screen but when I set it up the touchscreen does not work I just bought it a few days ago I have gone under device manger and checked under Human Interface devices and there is no HID compliant touch screen. They HID complaint vendor and device but not the touch screen. Please can somebody let me know I activate touchscreen or who I should contact regrading this matter thank you.

Most all Computer manufacturer's have a Help Desk. You can usually find it by using Google. Try the search in your Google (or any search engine. Google seems to have the best algorithms) - (device) Help Desk.
