combining my shipping when i do not offer it .........what do i do as ebay's email help wont help

this all started about 9 months ago , first of all i do not offer combined shipping ( supplies issues ) , when ever someone orders more than one item of the same item , ebays shipping software is calculating the weight correctly  but not the dimensions ( keeps dimensions as if its one item ) which miss calculates the shipping price ( way to little ) , in the past i was able to call ebay and almost every time i had to walk them thru the process so they could see the error(  i would get a credit for the difference one time it was 72 plus dollars plus another 22 ) , but now that we are email only ( as if phone customer service wasn't hard enough to explain things ) they cut and paste its a combined shipping because i haven't set it up . I DO NOT OFFER ( and i do not have to offer it ), So now i aam at the point having to cancel orders because ebay will not do their job what do i do ... read below some of what i am getting ... this is ridiculous i do not have this issue on AMAZON

wow as that was not my issue , the issue is COMBINED SHIPPING that i do not offer ,and your system is miss calculates the shipping price WOW notated for 9 mlnths on my account , with escalation notes are you kidding me WHY IS THIS SO hard to understand on email when they could on the phone .....includding your escalations department

For certain items, sellers can combine the shipping cost for their buyers. Contact your seller before paying to ask if they can combine shipping.

 

If the seller is able to combine shipping, the seller will send you an invoice with the adjusted shipping cost. Click “Pay now” in the email that you receive.

 

Note: if an invoice has already been sent, or you've already completed checkout, the seller will have to send a PayPal invoice.

this is crazy Ebays customer service , somebody please explain this as it goes against every survey i have received ....did not listen , did not make this easy , did not resolve my issue , did not care about my time ( 4 days know and no resolution .......... and i had to cancel the order get charged a final value fee and list resell to same customer and pay another final value fee and they will not resolve this issue over the email
