Reporting Items is not working

I am having problems reporting Items. I am able to select why I am reporting the item but an error generates. Does anybody know why?

Try another browser, particularly if you are using Edge.

I got a similar message using Edge until I updated to the latest version, then the Report Item feature starting working again.
