I am new to eBay, I have tried maybe 35 times to purchase a watch. My credit card is linked to both my PayPal and my eBay. I have verified my account, and that there is no problem with my credit card limit or anything like that. I have tried on many different devices, browsers, and with different credit cards. Nothing has worked. I feel horrible that the seller has waited for me to pay but there is nothing I can do. I have called eBay 5 times, and never have had any resolution. I really don't know what to do here, I'm just super disappointed.

Being a new buyer, you'll have buying limits for a little while.

Depending on how much the watch is, it could be due to your limits.

I am having the same problem, cant checkout no help from eBay, credit cards and paypal all linked and all good cant checkout with any, several attempts, tried different platforms, contacted ebay with no resolution, it is a problem with their checkout, i think it is a problem with their "new ways to checkout" i also think the sellers new "managed payments" ive noticed anytime you try to checkout and it has the blue box with "Did you notice? ebay now offers new ways to pay at some checkouts." They are always the ones i cant complete checkout.
