cannot upload shipping numbers when combining orders - will not "save and continue" - defects killing my status - complained multiple times, they state they can see there is an issue, put me on hold for ever, tell me they are conferring, tell me to hold on, a report is being sent and they will need to ask me more questions and put me on hold for long time and then hangs up on me.

Is anyone else having an issue uploading tracking numbers when you click on "add tracking"? The "cancel" oval works fine, the "save and continue" blue oval does nothing when you click on it.

It I was really not shipping items to folks don't you think my feedback would be full of negatives saying such? Guess I will have to discontinue combined shipping until the issue gets fixed.

Any difference if you try a different browser?

Are you using the shipping manager or combining orders manually?

I am using Firefox. I tried  Chrome too same issue. I am using the add tracking number link next to the item i am updating and the page pops up, can add number and carrier but when you go to hit the "save and continue" blue oval with the white letters like the reply oval in this discussion, nothing happens, no upload nothing but if I hit the "x" in the top corner it closes or if I hit the "cancel" oval it closes so all of the rest of the code works on this pop up but the "save and continue" and they will not fix it or tell me why it is happening to me. .

You may be better off posting your query to the Selling board:

Many more sellers read and post on that board compared to the Technical Issues board. Other sellers may be able to offer suggestions of other things to try.

Problem solved. If your notification bell does not work or you cannot upload DC tracking numbers on multiple order customers the problem is not ebay........................................ it is because your computer is too old and you need to buy a newer one, but ebay refused to say this and instead said we do not recommend that, I recommend using your phone. That was after MEL told me about her Christmas were her ex-boyfriend sent her a ring and that she flushed it down the toilet saying I am done wit dat.  How about knowing your job and skipping the personal **bleep**. Who cares, he is better off with  out you MEL. 

Yeah i bought a new laptop and everything works fine so in my opinion if your ebay has technical issues it is probably your dam old computer!
