cannot print shipping label either in ebay or paypal

I cannot print any shipping labels either in ebay or via PayPal and have to to pay click n ship on usps website instead. Is anyone else having this problem? Or is there a work around? Any help would be appreciated, thanks so much.

If you want to post a little more information maybe someone here can help you. What browser are you using? Are you getting an error message?  What does it say? Have you tried a different browser?  Have you tried saving the label as a PDF?
