cannot list items

Hi!

I need clarification with regard to the product listing on my eBay account. For 3 days I'm not able to list any single product on my eBay account and there is a huge slowness occurring on the page. Especially the page is getting stuck every time when I'm trying to add a new item. Also, it's taking a long time to update typed words. other functions of the e bay account are properly working. I have searched for solutions from the internet and tried(clear cash, uninstalled and installed browser), but it didn't work and my matter is still not sorted .there is no issue in my laptop as well the internet connection.I'm so grateful to you if you can help me with this matter. looking forward to your kind reply.

It would help if you let us know what operating system you are using, as well as the browser.  Have you tried changing browsers?  I know that Internet Explorer doesn't play well with ebay.  For that reason, I switched to Chrome several years ago.
