i initiated a return, the seller accepted it and refunded my money. now i need to mail the item back to the seller, but no matter where i look i cannot find the shipping label or invoice to send it back.
i've never had this problem in the past; typically there's just an option you click to get the label to print?
does anyone know where it's hiding or why i can't find it? has anyone else encountered this issue recently?

Typically the refund is contingent on receiving the return; if you have already received the refund, the seller may have decided to refund without issuing a return label, in which case you can keep the item.
If you think the seller made a mistake and still wants the item back, contact the seller to have the seller provide a label or to pay for shipping.

Once they clicked the refund button, the case was closed and you won't get a return shipping label.
If the seller wants it returned, they'll have to buy one and send it to you.
