If you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having problems with the main eBay page hanging or causing Explorer to crash, try using another browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Opera instead, at least to reach eBay. If you can't use another browser, you can try bookmarking the eBay sitemap page and using that rather than going to the main eBay page (which is apparently causing problems for users of IE11 lately):

https://pages.ebay.com/sitemap.html

If signing in sends you back to the main page, close the tab and go back to the site map and use that the navigate to another eBay page.

If you are having some other problem accessing eBay, please describe what exactly you are experiencing.

There is a known problem with the eBay Home Page that has been ongoing for over one month.  This is affecting Internet Explorer 11 users on Windows 7 and some Windows 8 computers, as well as some Firefox users and some mobile device users.

eBay has been very slow to respond ......  (please see some of my posts on other threads)

A work-around is to sign-in using a different eBay page.  I use a Community Boards page, but as the problem is evolving I now have to have two pages open.  When I sign-in on one I get the error message and I close that page and then I'm signed-in on the second page.
