Im unable to receive messages from buyers which is driving me nuts and think I have tracked the problem down to account/member communications where the following are greyed out, I cannot change them, they are locked.
Buyer question received None
Member question received None
Seller question received None
Does anyone know why they are locked and how to change these settings to REAL TIME so I can receive member communication?
Hoping someone has the answer...
