Yes it was not updating for about twelve hours. Then when I tried to track it kicked me back to login. I use chrome and desktop. Seems ok now but who knows.
Yes, it was 'out' for 2 days, I think it's working again. The fires (or other disasters) can make that site wonky when they set an alert on their page.
