active winning bids in my bids/offers not showing only items outbid items

Hi, I cannot view any of my bids using the App. When I clicked on Bids &Offers. It says no items.

I've done some bids few days back and I get the updates via email but when I check it in the App it shows nothing.

Please help me. I cannot keep track of my winning bids. I have the option for "all or winning" but when go into "all" there is nothing tat all there. I have given this problem 5 days to rectify itself but no avail
