I see others have had this same issue. But I see no resolutions! I am brand new to ebay and just tried to post my first item. Any suggestions? on hold now 30 minutes! Thanks!
this is happening to me too, i’ve been trying to post one item for the past week. i’ve tried on safari and on the ebay app, i get the same error message every time. i’ve tried once a day at least.
I get this error when trying to connect my eBay account with my Shopify account. No useful information to fix it, at all. It's really frustrating. This thread is like 2 years old and still no good info to fix the issue.
