Happenned to day no access to ebay i can go inside ebay trough 4g so i dont know why my ip is blocked or do you have some technical problems?

I have seen similar messages crop up from time to time on the message boards.

More often the problem only appears at checkout when trying to connect to PayPal. As you indicate, it appears to be a network issue -- something between your network and eBay is blocking the connection.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you can easily change your IP-address (by rebooting a cable modem, perhaps) that might help if it is a problem with your individual IP-address.
