Why does this message even exist?   Whether I turn the "auto relist" switch on or off, I can't list it again and it's not auto-relisting, so WTH ebay? How do I get my item listed for sale again?

Yep. It’s stupid.  And you can’t call because they say “ sorry you’re calling outside of business hours”. And hand up. When it IS during business hours.
