Any time I go to use and of the bulk item list tools (using Chrome), when I hit the button to edit any or all of the listings' shipping policy it just hangs. Please fix asap.

eBay doesn’t read or respond to post in this forum.
If Chrome is the problem use a different browser.

Isn't this the place to report eBay technical issues?

Hi @cyberontix . Is this happening when you are using bulk relist, or is it happening when creating new listings from scratch using bulk?
Either way, click the ? icon on the lower right of the page to submit a tech report to the product developers. It's fast and easy, and the more people reporting the higher priority it will get on eBay's fix list.

It's happened for 2 days now when I'm using bulk relist *and* if I'm just doing a normal bulk edit.
Thanks for the suggestion. I think it's a pretty horrible Level 1 bug and they need to attend to it immediately.

Don't wanna. I have 3 accounts that I run separately on Chrome, Firefox and Edge because cookies; the main account is on Chrome. It's a serious bug and they need to fix it. Now.

Yes, I'm seeing a lot of sellers report problems both with bulk listing and bulk editing. I don't know if the problems are linked. Bad timing with the holiday weekend - might mean we have to wait until the work week resumes on Tuesday before eBay even looks at this.
Definitely use the ? report option I mentioned above. It'll send a report to the product developers. Include details like how it's only happening with Chrome and other browsers work OK.
eBay does monitor those reports and the more people reporting the same problem, the quicker it'll get attention. The ? tool can be pretty effective in getting this stuff fixed more quickly.
I haven't run into the problem with Safari or Firefox.
