I've paid off a loan through the EBay Working Capital Program. I've been trying to reapply for over a week. I get error messages every time. I call Lending Point as it tells me to do this if I have a problem. They tell me I can ONLY apply through the EBay portal. They even sent me a link which directs to the portal. The portal doesn't work. Lending Point's technical people don't know how long it may take to resolve and it may not resolve. If Ebay is going to offer this, can't they provide us with a company that will find a way to make their product work? You cannot apply over the phone- only through the link. Like many others, I had Paypal working capital loans in the past and they were great. I just want some money for more inventory that I'm going to sell on Ebay. I'm a top rated seller and am happy to provide documentation. Just want someone to find a way for me to do this. Thank you.
