Women's sweaters, item specifics and drop down menus not working

I am having a technical issue listing women's sweaters. Most of the item specifics and drop down menus (Size type, size, pattern, material, etc.) are not available.

I am having the same issue with mens casual shirts. Specific categories  showing are very limited and do not include size. Ebay will not allow me to post item without size. I have even tried to manually create a size catergory but Ebay will still not allow me to post the item for sale.  There is at least one other thread noting this issue as well.  And yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies several times.
