Windows Update, Shipping Label Rotation, Messed up Ink Jet 8" x11" Help!

Not sure what happened here.  A windows update happened over the weekend that reset a bunch of settings. Now, my labels try to print vertical in the upper left hand quarter of the page instead on Horizontally on 1/2 of the page. Ive tried everything I know to do. Made sure the the print format on Ebay is set to 8x11. Ive tried with instructions and without. I even tried going into my device setting on my printer and setting the format to landscape (which, I never had to do before). Completely Clueless, nothing I try rotates the label in the preview or when i print

Any advice will be appreciated!

Same!! I can replicate the issue across 3 computers and 2 different printers. I hope a solution is found.

On the right side of the screen there is an option for the number of labels per page.

It is a sporadic eBay system issue not a browser settings issue. Popped up last week and is spreading. As of this morning it is now happening in bulk labels as well. There are numerous posts in here about it. eBay is "aware of the issue and working on it".

Here is a sequence of what is happening....of course i can "fix it" in adobe, but that is ridiculous...it worked fine 3 days ago.....i had zero updates, alterations or changes made to my computer (nothing is set for automatic....) so it is not on my end

My label printed enormous to fit an entire 8x11 page today in portrait mode!! It was fine yesterday. Ebay issue on their end. For now I found the workaround (ie., Canon TS all in one ). When label is popped up ready to print, after purchase, go to left column. Scroll down to just below "Fit to Page" setting. Change "Pages per Sheet" setting to "2" instead of "1." You may have to click the "More Settings" option to see it. Then click print. 🤩

Do you know if Ebay is working to resolve this problem? I have same issue, started today. Thanks.

It's caused by a Microsoft update. I just deleted the updates for March and resolved the situation. Works fine now. Pause updates for a month while they sort it out.

Mine started printing really small, can barely read it.  I was able to go to my printer and print from the printer preview instead of ebay's pdf and it finally prints right now.
