I as a seller use the sale system to drive sales. I run maybe 6 different sales a week. Lowering throughout the week. I end sales at 9:00PM. I am up now at 12:37 and the sale hasn't ended. This has been happening for last couple weeks. Usually it takes about an hour to end but in the last couple weeks it has taken 3-6 hours to end. I can't start a sale until this one ends. I don't understand why it takes so long to end a sale. I am frustrated and wanted to state this. I want to run my business and starting a sale and ending a sale at a certain time and it takes many hours after that to actually start and end is incomprehensible. What is the reason I am waiting so long now. What has changed? I throw this question at the air because I don't understand the change as much in the Ebay algorithms. What is different that I can't carry out the same thing I have done for so many years. I know people have had this same problem. I don't understand what Ebay does changing things so I can notice an effect like this so apparent and so abruptly! Anyone having problems starting and ending sales

What do you mean when you say "end a sale" or "the sale hasn't ended"?

I have been experiencing this same thing for over a year now. I schedule a sale to end at 9 A.M and by 1 pm the sale is still going on. It is just another issue where ebay will bury their heads in the sand and ignore. Customer service people have no clue as to why this is happening

I have a sale scheduled to end today at 1 pm EST. It is now 4PM EST and the sale is still going on. This is typical ebay glitches. I would like the sale to end when I schedule it to end. Why am I paying a premium store subscription when the level of customer service is ridiculous?

I brought it up in the weekly chat over a month ago and started a follow up thread about it. So far, no resolution from eBay.
