eBay duped my most recent international buyer out of a predetermined multi-quantity discount. I reached out to the buyer, and offered to enter the discount manually, with the shared knowledge that the additional-international shipping costs and taxes could - likely - not be recovered. The buyer was professional, and we reached a mutual agreement to fix eBay's mistake. However, lowering any costs associated with eBay's International Shipping program was not possible, and considered a circumstance beyond our control. The direct message thread is privately available to any eBay representative who cares to view it.
