Why eBay keeps messing up my HTML code and formatting?

Hi,

When I put HTML code in eBay's "Create your listing" and look at it, everythign looks fine, but as soon as I click "Preview Listing" the whole format is messed up and looks like garbage. 

Why is this happening? It looks like eBay strips the code and makes it look as horrible as possible? I have attached couple of screen shots from before and after. 

Any help would be appreciated.

The Advanced listing form preview no longer displays HTML formatting for the most part and it appears to be intentional. Font, table, and other tags are ignored in the preview. It is what it is.
