Why does buying list show free shipping when using a cell phone but when I click it isn

When Iam checking to buy something using my cell phone some lists show FREE SHIPPING but when I click to see more delails it shows a shipping charge? I have been buying and selling on ebay for 3 or more years and I have not seen any improvement or fixing this issue

I'm glad you posted this because I've had problems with this issue too! I bid $3.25 on an item with free shipping and when I won with my $3.25 bid it said: "you won now pay the seller $3.25"  so I clicked pay $3.25 and was debited $12.00 instead.  I've been beside myself wondering how I  didn't see these charges on the listings and now I know. Thank you!
