Why can't I log into Ebay using windows 7 on my PC recently?

HELP! I was able to log in and use Ebay on my old windows 7 computer two weeks ago, then one day I went to print labels and I was logged out, so I went to sign in at the top of the page, clicked on it, and instead of the sign in page I get a page that says pardon the interuption etc. Why is this happening ? How can I fix it ? This computer has all my thousands of pictures I use for my listings, so I need to be logged into ebay in order to do my listings

Make sure your browser has JavaScript enabled and that it is not being blocked, and that your browser is the latest version available for your operating system:

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser.

Try another link to sign in to rule out a problem with the link you are using.

Yeah, I did all that exactly as you said. I changed from firefox to IE and was up to date, and javascript is enabled the other link to whatisbybrowser says.  I do now get the sign in page in IE but it won't change the page so I can put in my password. I can't get past the user ID page.

Try using the latest version of Chrome that runs on Windows 7.
