Why are my items not showing on eBay.de?

This is weird one. I didn't notice it before, but buyer from Germany asked me and indeed something is going on. It seems since June or so when you click on Seller's other items (German "Mehr Artikel des Verkäufers") on any of my listings (on eBay.de) it shows nothing (0). Also, if you click on Seller's name to open the Store it says "This store does not have inventory in your location." (in German). And this all regardless of my/buyer's shipping address or anything else. At the same time, all my listings are visible on all the other eBay sites (checked eBay.fr, eBay.co.uk, eBay.ca...) when going this way. Even more weird, they are all visible on eBay.de too if you go through eBay keyword search at the top - shown in results and can be bought etc. But when one clicks on Mehr Artikel des Verkäufers on any of the listings nothing shows up.

Can somebody help? My German is not really that good and I don't know if this is a technical issue of eBay.com or eBay.de

Can others confirm their items listed here on eBay.com are also visible on eBay.de through Seller's other items link?

Thanks, I know about this, but not the solution for me, question is why this single functionality does not work on eBay.de

My all items are listed with worldwide shipping and they show in search results everywhere,  including on eBay.de (I have buyers who bought it on eBay.de without problems) but "Seller's other items" link returns no listings, which is incorrect and sort of a technical fault. I want to find out why.

Thanks so much but sadly not the case here, as mentioned we can (and do) sell to Germany just fine. We don't sell any kind of packaged goods but used LP records and we have many buyers in Germany (which is part of EU like us). When users on eBay.de search for something and our items meet the keywords they will be shown just fine and buyers can open and buy them, no problems there. It's only when they click on Seller's other items that system returns nothing, even though we have over 7'000 active listings and even though they will be shown if users go through regular eBay search. So I see it as some kind of technical glitch or issue, something that went wrong recently, few months ago this was working fine. If somebody knows where to ask it would be very helpful. Or if somebody from eBay staff can jump in?

As I understand it, if your listings are native to eBay.com or a specific country site (.de, .fr, .jp, etc.) they will not show on a country specific eBay site that isn't your native site from that button, but they will appear in search. That button should only display native listings for local domain sellers. This appears to now be consistent across most country specific sites. I think this change has to do with eBay not having the programming bandwidth to create and apply filters for constant changes to local regulations. That's why search results are separated into "local" and "international" results.

Thanks, that is intriguing. Can somebody from eBay confirm this? Or can somebody else check if their items listed on eBay.com are with the very same behavior (i.e. not showing through this button on eBay.de)?

As mentioned it's not so with other international sites except eBay.de, I checked eBay.ca, eBay.it, eBay.es, eBay.fr and eBay.co.uk and they are all fine

If what you are saying is true then we can expect the same with eBay.ca for example?? And others?

Additionally, if this is indeed systematic change, shouldn't eBay have notified us sellers? It is very important functionality, most of the time our buyers want to use combined shipping discount by ordering multiple items at once, which is not possible now, they can not see our other items at all. I even checked various options of Advanced search, with no luck.

I wonder if it has anything to do with a tax number and if we insert it directly on eBay.de will this change something?

But before anything else can somebody/anybody check if their "Seller's other items" show or not show on eBay.de?
