Why Is Ebay's Site Not Encrypted (Secure) Yet?

Hi There-
Does anyone know why eBay hasn't secured their website ?
After the massive data breech back in 2014, you would think it would be a number one priority for them.
Most shopping sites are secure nowadays.
Heck, I was just on the Russian News site (RT ), and their site is secure!
What's up with eBay?

I don't understand when I went on ebay this weekend the green lock was there now its not it is not a secured site. Some parts pages of ebay is but when you get ready to browse the stores or to check was in your lists the site is not secure. Shoot when right now I am typing this and the circle with the i is there. A lot of people are not going to shop ebay or sell on ebay is the site is not up to standards. And I tried to find the email address to the coporate office. But can't find one. 

I had even put https://ebay.com and the circled i is still there

Yep majority of ebay is not in https, for any e-commerce website this a fatal flaw putting all users at risk, let alone ebay one of the biggest. this should be number priority on there to do list enforcing https on all pages to protect there users, especially with all the recent hacks going on
