Where did the fields go for shipping and return policies?

I noticed that none of my listings have the details we used to add. Not only are they gone, there aren't even any fields where we can add them. Did ebay do away with these, and are we supposed to just list in the item description all of our policies? A major change like this would merit an email or message on ebay for sellers.  Any help is appreciated.

All drop downs in the 'new listing'; nothing else can be added. You can state it in the item description, but policies made outside of ebay policies are not enforceable. (no restocking fees allowed) (MBG trumps all 'no returns') (Returns as 'INR', SNAD are seller paid shipping labels) . Be sure to exclude any areas you don't want to ship to.
