Where are "My Lists"?!

Suddenly I discover ebay thinks: "You haven't created any list at this time." The correct statement runs more like: "Ebay has removed access to, or destroyed, the dozen or so lists you have carefully maintained For Years." Please let me know how they can be restored.

Where are "My Lists"?!

eBay has rearranged some of the links.

If you go to your Watch list page, you should see links to your lists on the left side.

This should be a direct link to your "All Lists":

It's more than just "rearranging links" I think. It is no longer possible to create lists or put items on existing lists. Isn't that right?

Are you not seeing an "Add to list" link on item pages? That should lead to a drop down with your lists and the last option of "Add to a new list".

Try logging out and logging back in to see if that fixes things.

For a while, eBay was testing replacing that link with a big blue "Watch" button similar to the eBay app, but as far as I know that testing is over.

I do not see an "Add to List", taking me to my lists.

That's why I came here. Logged out and in.  And clicked my ruby slippers for good measure. But "Add to List" option did not re-appear.

What do you see where the "Add to List" button was now?

Where are "My Lists"?!

"Nothing." "White space." "Ebay dismissiveness."

What do YOU see where the button used to be?

With all due respect, I'd like to hear from someone from ebay on the subject.

I see an "Add to List" button with a dropdown to my lists. It works for me in Firefox Quantum, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Opera browsers on Windows 10, Windows 7 and Windows XP.

I have no experience with Linux, but whenever I have encountered "Add to watch list" text in place of the usual drop down button icon, logging out of eBay and back in has fixed it for me. No idea what the actual underlying issue is, though.

@eburtonlab  Logging out and back in was a partial fix. I apologize that I didn't take your suggestion seriously because I "knew" I had had no ebay tabs open for quite some time before venturing there and seeing the behavior.  When I did log out and log in, I noticed the "Stay logged in?" box, which no doubt I had checked, and which no doubt assured that I hadn't really ever logged out (and thus followed your advice explicitly).

Having done so now, I do finally see a dropdown menu, but am only one of my dozen or so lists appears as an option for adding. The others are watch list, wish list, and create a new list.

Glad to see you get some functionality back, but I'm baffled by the disappearance of your other lists.

If you go to your "All lists" page, can you see any of the items from your other lists?

Very strange.

I can see my lists (thankfully)--all 14--and I can see the items on my lists. (I should have been calling these "Collections", but when they disappeared, I never thought of them as anything else but my lists.)

NONE of these lists is offered on the dropdown menu; I had assumed that the strangely named list (Humuh) was one of mine, which mostly have strange names, but Humuh is not mine. It's something else. I'm not offered any of my collections to add items to.

Also, I thought it might be possible to add an item while visiting my collections and editing one. No, the only edits allowed are make public (all of mine are private--which might have something to do with the behavior) and remove item.

Making a list public did not result in it showing up as an option on the dropdown "Add to list" menu.
