When I want to confirm and pay, I can't do that because I can't click on the button confirm and pay! What is the problem? I tried via my PC, tablet and it's not working!

The work around is to log in to the eBay Canada website using your same log in information.  

Go to ebay.ca  and pay from there.

Your in Macedonia and perhaps the seller does not ship to your country.
