Check to make sure you are on the correct eBay site:
If that's the case, then somewhere you have a language setting changed. Since both machines seem to be affected, this is more likely the case. Though I'm not seeing a language setting myself. It may be a browser setting? But that doesn't explain both computers doing it. Tried a different browser?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
If that works better, try clearing your cache and manually deleting just your eBay cookies in the original browser.

I am on the correct site. The language setting wasn't changed. I find it rather interesting that it's Chinese, rather than any other language. It's just in Chrome, Safari is all in English.
