I have seriously had it with Ebay making changes and breaking things.
Over the past 2 months I have had major issues, all that came about after they made changes.
First it was the change from "Global shipping" to "International shipping". It was not allowing me to offer the EIS program even though I was opted in. After 12 calls to customer service and just as many excuses why it wasn't working, they finally fixed it.
Then the search was completely broken and my items were not showing up when searched by a specific model number, but were showing up in other non related searches. When my items did come up in a search, they were buried with hundreds of non related items. This issue was fixed.
Now I go to post a listing and some of the photos are completely jacked up including the main photo. This of course comes after they changed the way photos are shown in the gallery and they used the magnification. My photos are the same format I have always used. I posted this same item on another site using the same photos with no issue at all. In fact they have not made any major changes to their site in the 20 years I have been using them. I wish Ebay would just leave things alone!
Here are screen shots of the way the photos are published. I tried deleting and replacing the photos, but same issue. I am just going to delete the bad bad photos for now I guess, but this is frustrating as hell.
