Weird issues trying to create new listings

I have been having weird issues today in Ebay not only trying to list new items to sell, I also had a issue just trying to get to my Ebay Sellers Hub Overview kept getting error, after a few refreshes and closing in and out of the browser it finally let me back in. Now when I'm trying to list a new item I initially type in the Title I want to use and select the catagory and hit contiue and now I am getting this blank screen, usually I get all of the options I have to setup. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Im using Google Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (32-bit)

Hello,
I'm not using the Hub platform. However, I had a similar glitch yesterday in that the listing page would not fully load. Was a one time thing and like you, I refreshed and was able to continue creating the new listing.
If the problem persists, suggestions to try (if you haven't already)
Make sure your Chrome build is the current version and 32bit matches your operating system.
Do maintenance (clean up the hard drive, files, etc) (defrag and optimize) (run a free Malware sweep, if you don't have an active subscription)
Also, try different updated browsers.
And keep checking this message thread to see if others are having same or similar issues.

Thanks for your response, when I started having these issues I did go thru and defrag, deleted temp files and verified I had latest updates from Microsoft, McAfee and now verifying the Google Chrome which looks like there is an update so am hoping this resolves the issues
