keep looping this error, after entering password it asks to slide a puzzle to "verify", then this message

"We ran into a problem. Please try again later."

Can bypass to use a text message code to login, which is absurd. eBay running on ancient AS400 or Windows server....

The new login screen is bad and buggy. Why can't put it in testing environment and only roll out to production AFTER thoroughly tested? I haven't seen this kind of amateur quality even in much smaller business web sites, and I never see this in other big merchants like Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Newegg....

eBay may need to seek help from Amazon...

- can't get shipping program right

- can't get the shipping rate right

- now can't even get login screen right....

I am having the same issue. I have always defaulted away from the new ebay screens since they are always bad and buggy. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

The sign-in process works better for some users than others. It is hard to predict interactions between eBay's code and every possible combination of browser versions, pre-existing cookies, security settings, script blockers, ad blockers, cross-site tracking blockers, pop-up blockers, proxy settings, VPNs, etc. that any particular member might be utilizing at any given time.

There is no doubt that some users experience problems signing in whenever eBay changes the sign-in page.
