Ebay said cannot process my payment with paypal, when I just checked out like an hour ago with another item and it went well! So I tried my other card and I put money on it! Said it cant process again. When I checked my balance it was gone! And the item said its not paid yet!!!
Can somebody please tell me how can that happen? And where did my money go if the item wasnt tagged as paid?
Please help. 😕
