‘We Looked Everywhere’ when checking out

I frequently buy on eBay and am now receiving the ‘we looked everywhere’ page when clicking buy-it-now on an item.  

Just to save some time:

- it isn’t my browser

- refreshing my browser doesn’t fix the issue

Is it only when you click 'buy it now' or does it also happen when you 'add to cart'?

Also - is it only happening with one specific item or does it happen with every item?
