Watchlist "Note to self" not saving(?)

Watchlist "Note to self" looks like it works and it even looks like it saves but when the page is refreshed e.g., to see if the bid has increased, all of the Notes disappear.  Does anyone else experience this or is it just me?

This happens off and on for several years now. Happened today 3/26/21.  So annyoing

My note to self has not worked  for at least 4 years. very frustrating.  I've resorted to pen and paper  for my notes.  Ebay really need to sort this out
