This has been going on for weeks. Just about ready to give up on eBay and go with amazon. Such a waste of time and extremely annoying.

Cleared all cookies and added an ad blocker. Some improvement with the ad blocker but still unacceptable.

I concur.

The Watch list has been loading extremely slow lately. More so now with the new (complete useless) catehory scroll bar on top of it. Even more bloat to slow things down.

In fact, each time I load the Watch list now, my browser hangs for a good 10 seconds(!!!!!) and it then displays a warning box telling me a script has hung and if I would like to continue, stop, or debug the script.

This makes the Watch list completely unusable!!!!!!!!!

Please eBay, fix this! And remove the useless and bloating category scroll bar, or make it at least optional.

Same. Really sucks. You'd think they'd have a better performance testing lab to catch this kind of stuff.

Same here. Been this way for months. All ebay pages are taking longer to load than before, but the Watch List is ridiculous. Javascript Bloat, I hear.

In software development of interactive systems, it used to be that you would give programmers high-performance machines for building/compiling the system, and low-performance machines for testing it. Nothing encourages optimization more than making the programmer wait for his own code to run.

I've been having the same issue on multiple browsers and PC's. Does your page auto refresh after deleting an item from your watch list too? This is a new problem and very annoying.

yes me too -- for months now it just spins and loads -- every time I delete an item or click on item it does it again, Ebay are you listening?? half the time I just give up and quit -- it's not really encouraging me to spend money!
