Well-well-well... Isn't this just fascinating: Earlier this week when I began harrassing eBay about all the site problems and broken code in the shipping calculator, and because my sales had fallen off of a cliff, I clicked on "Help & Contact" to get my passcode and call eBay support... But I noticed something I'd never seen before...
"Looks like there might be a selling limit on your account"
Really! Okay, why? So I asked the eBay rep, and she told me something like, "Well, all accounts have selling limits... This is normal... Don't worry..." so that's what I tried to do. But it kept bothering me, so I made a screenshot of it.
Last evening I had the first sale since last weekend, and then another, and then two more. Two of them were even big ticket items! Quadruple that and I'll be doing as well as last year, before my sales fell off of a cliff earlier this year. Anyway... Today, when I clicked on "Help & Contact" to get my passcode and make my daily harrass-eBay call, I noticed something completey different:
So... Does one have something to do with the other... Hmmm... Gonna put on my tin-foil hat and ponder this for a while.
Maybe others whose sales have fallen off of a cliff "might have a selling limit" on their account too.
