I am able to see your promotions - but note listings show only 1 if you have more than 1 promotion going on the same listing. It does take sometimes a few hours for all the promotions to start showing on each listing after it's start time. If you use the default start time when creating the promotion, it often is delayed about 2 hours to give the system time to index everything.
