Views in last 30 days showing 0 on Active Listing Page

Good morning, for the last couple days the column titled Views (30 days) has been showing 0. This appears to be a problem because the item(s) show watchers (how can there be a watcher or watchers yet 0 views) and if you click the 0 (the number in the views column) to see the Listing traffic history, the graph shows there have been views, organic & promoted. Something appears to be not working here, thanks for checking this out.

@2funtreasures It's been like that for a few hours - site wide bug.

This happens every now and then. I'm sure CS will blow up over this and it'll be fixed today.

Personally I'd do nothing on this particular issue, but if you want to report it to eBay you can.

The fastest/easiest way is to shake your phone while the app is open - or click the ? icon on lower right corner if on the website. On the pop up that appears, select the "report technical issue" link near the bottom.

Hey @2funtreasures! hank you for reporting this issue. There is a sitewide issue with sellers listings views count being dropped to zero. There is an open ticket to have this resolved as soon as possible under ALERT16193.
