View An Item After Purchase

Here's the scenario, plain and simple.  I browse eBay and come across an item I like so I buy it.  I've probably looked at the description, the seller's feedback, the pictures, and whatever else and I decide I'm ready to buy and I go for it, let's say using the 'buy it now' option.  Later, if I want to look at that page again, for whatever reason, it is not available to view.  I go to myeBay and click on my purchases and click on the item I purchased and the posting pops up for a split second and then disappears.  This seems to be a more recent development.  I recall being able to view the page of a sold item in the past.  In fact, I have gone into my purchase history, clicked on 'view order details', copied the item number, go into 'advanced search', pasted the item number into the search field, and refined the search for 'completed items only'.  The result is that the listing appears, but when I click on it, the same thing happens as I've described above; page opens and instantly pops off.  I have looked around google and other forums trying to inquire with as many word permutations that I can think of and anything I've found that seems to be a solution is not accurate, or describes how to do it as if it's as simple as just clicking on the item icon, or it's been someone like me saying "hey, what gives?"  Is there anyone out there that can help me with this or at least confirm that it is indeed no longer possible?  And if it is no longer possible, why not?  What happened that caused this change?  Thank you I anticipate any and all reply/response.

I go to myeBay and click on my purchases and click on the item I purchased and the posting pops up for a split second and then disappears.

If you are using a desktop browser, try scrolling down.

I think what is happening is that the item listing page loads, and then some sponsored listing links load a split second later at the top of the page, pushing the listing further down the page. If you scroll past the sponsored listings, your original listing should appear, unless the listing has been removed from eBay (typically that happens after ninety days from ending).

If that is not what is happening, could you describe exactly what browser you are using, which browser mode (mobile, classic or desktop) and what page you are starting from?

That was exactly it.  So simple.  Thank you for taking the time to point that out I appreciate it.  Happy  new year!
