Verification Code Issue

I have more than 5 months trying to get the verification code to my cell phone from Puerto Rico and it does not work, send the message or call. LLampe on the phone and I tried to block the account and they asked me to wait, after that I have never been able to try again because the first attempt says that I have to wait 24 hours, I wait and continue the same message! I have not been able to list my product and I do not know what to do anymore ... You can help me please.

 

 

For chat I receive today this option:

Unfortunately once we hit the block for the 24 hours we will need to give it the full 24 hours to continue.  We don’t have a way to reset that.  When the 24 hours are up you can try again but you will need to use a different phone number.  This number once we get that block will not be able to be used on this account to verify your contact information.   If you don’t have another number you can try, you will need to open a new account.  Once we hit that 24 hour block with a number it blocks that number on the current account for verification because we were not able to verify it with our system.

 

 

I DONT WANT TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT..It seems to me, that you should improve the system because the solution to delete my account from years ago does not seem fair to me.

I am going to ask for some more help for you.

 

Is the correct that after 24 hours block the OP has to use a NEW phone number in order to register the account?  That doesn't sound right to me, but I do not know so that's why I am asking for help.

Hi @vianyfel86 - You shouldn't have to change the phone number after the 24-hour block. However, if you're having difficulties receiving a verification code to the phone number you are using, it may not be a bad idea to try a different one. If you're still running into problems, I would suggest reaching out to customer service once more to help troubleshoot.
