Unpaid items get lost in Cart/Save items

I am a high volume buyer. I usually have 10+ items in cart to be paid.

All unpaid items should be shown in the cart or as the saved items

However, recent I found some items mystically disappeared from cart or saved items. 

So if I paid off all items in cart, I could still have unpaid items.  That could potential lead to unpaid cancellation and unpaid strikes.

Clearly a bug. Please fix this

Don't use the cart, but could it be that someone else bought the item, between when you put in your cart, and when you were ready to pay?

bump.  i always use cart since I have many items unpaid and I need to pay one by one.  not pay together.  without cart, if I choose to pay one items, all other items will be paid together, and I have to remove one by one in order to just pay for a single item.

but now the cart missed too many unpaid items. it becomes unusable.
