Underperforming Analysis

Is there a way to turn this off or even submit feedback on this? I list a lot of sports cards on ebay and there are many differences between what I have listed and what they keep comparing my stuff too. Can ebay actually hire somebody who really knows the baseball card market? When I see a PSA graded Gem Mint 10 of a rare numbered parallel compared to the BASE card I know they have no clue what they are recommending. Parallel was already 5 times the base and PSA 10 increases that further.

I've sent several comments to ebay regarding this very issue.  Comments, emails, and calls.  My main account (store) sees hundreds of these types of recommendations daily.  Even on listings that have had recent sales!  If you are running promotions and giving discounts for purchasing a certain dollar amount or number of items, the growth recommendation system cannot account for that either.  So it compares apples to oranges on a number of levels.  I'd like to be able to remove the growth recommendation piece, as well.
