@tekguru2   Best laugh I've had in a long time.  Read it all the way through.  Thank you for sharing.  It is a perfect example of why I ONLY bother contacting eBay through the Business page on Facebook by sending a private message there if I have a problem.    It is the ONLY way I've gotten any help for the last 2 years.  Chat is useless.    Sigh.......
