Unbelievable!

I just want to vent out my disappointment at eBay for issuing the refund when the returned label automatically issued by eBay was erroneously scanned as delivered just 34 minutes after it was first scanned from California to NYC. JUST 34 minutes after it was first scanned and I was so fearful that it was lost and never received. I call the eBay support team what happened and it is unbelievable that it was erroneously scanned so they closed in my favor because they know it will not be possible due to loss of item.

 

Now, eBay buyer decided to appeal and eBay issued refund in favor. I had to appeal because it's lost. you know what eBay told me. they said even though it was scanned erroneously and lost. I still have not received it since and they told me to contact USPS and they do not want to bear the responsibility of faulty label they gave to buyer. That's unacceptable. Ebay issued the return label without my approval and send to buyer and then the return label issued by eBAY didn't scan as properly. they should be held responsible. If I issued label and if it went wrong, I will accept it the fault. Why can't eBay do the same because they issued the label.
