Unable to update / add / delete payment policies

This has been ongoing for a few days now and I've been unable to sell as I'm also receiving the same error when I go to list.

Did you try opting out to see if that works?

That's what I ended up doing to get unstuck so I can list now. 😊 But frustrating error, nonetheless.
